How Bynder's pricing works

Every customer gets a custom package built from modules. The main ones are DAM, Asset Workflow, Content Workflow, Studio, CX User Community, CX Omnichannel, Analytics and Print Brand Templates. The DAM alone is the starting point; most of what teams expect from a modern brand platform sits in the other modules.

Costs that aren't in the quote

Together, Vendr estimates these add 15 to 30% to the first year.

How to negotiate a better Bynder price

  1. Get a competing quote. Buyers save 18% on average; a real alternative on the table is what moves the number.
  2. Cap the escalator. Ask for 0–3% or a fixed price for the term instead of 3–5% a year.
  3. Trade term for price carefully. Multi-year deals come in 10–25% lower per year, but lock you in.
  4. Price the extras up front. Get storage, extra seats and modules priced in the contract, not at the point you need them.
  5. Set your notice date. Put your renewal notice deadline in the calendar 90 days early.
